This single-sheet brochure was weeks in planning and review. One of the design goals was to represent the updated image of a 1950s shopping center. Located in a high-tech area of suburban Detroit, this shopping center was indicative of the economic history (GM Tech Center is across the street) and the future of the area. 
 
The owner's first use of the brochure was at a real estate association meeting in Las Vegas in which retailers (mostly franchisors) are seeking space.
